A Chicago native, Chris first got a taste for real estate through his family’s Commercial Real Estate Development companies. He eventually set out to corner the residential real estate market in the greater Chicagoland area. Chris is focused on condos, single family residences, multi-unit investment properties, rentals, and niche commercial properties. He works as a team with his business partner and wife, Mariia Tashlytska, to ensure they are proactive to every clients needs. Mariia is originally from Ukraine and speaks multiple languages including English and Russian, which is particularly helpful for their multilingual clients. Mariia’s first career, in the medical field, provided the solid foundation for the high level of customer service she and Chris provide all their real estate clients.
