As a native to the Chicago area, and having lived in the city for almost a decade, Richard (he/him/his) has an intimate knowledge of both the city and suburbs. He is excited to use this framework as he helps his clients, wherever they are in the home buying or selling process. His patience, empathy and ability to listen helps make sure clients feel at ease and know they have an advocate every step of the way.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science Studies from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas and later obtained his MBA from Regis University. After nearly two decades working in Hospitality and Human Resources, Richard decided he was ready for a career change. His passion for helping people and acute attention to detail paved the way to Real Estate. He most enjoys the relationship building aspect of his role as a broker, ready to assist his clients wherever they are in the real-estate process. Richard’s client-focused approach ensures you will feel supported from start to finish.

A lover of all things Chicago, Richard enjoys exploring new coffee and donut shops throughout the city. In his free time, you may find him boating on the Chain O’Lakes with his fiancé, Nathan or biking along the lakefront path.
